The place is nice and convenient being next to the A69, it works well with frequent passers of Hexham who can stop here to pick up some coffee. The food and drink is overall great, it's just the facilities that let the rating down. The tables and floors can be quite sticky and dirty and gives the impression that they aren't cleaned after every use.

Although it is quite expensive, I always enjoy it here, very relaxed, good service, & good parking. Definitely needs more advertising on the a69 as I think alot of people don"t realise it is here.

Great staff, probably the friendliest Starbucks in the World!! ........the coffee isn't bad either! I love this place folks!!!!!

Great coffee and friendly staff. Never had a bad drink, lots of seating and parking or drive through available too.

3 time lucky on toffee nut latte. 23/12/17 visit. We asked for toffeenut latte without whipped cream, sent back made it with the cream. 2nd attempt lipstick on the cup. 3rd attempt is correct. No apology where is the customer service. Very disappointing experience.
