An employee the owner’s son I believe - lovely bit of nepotism! publicly mocked a local shop for going out of business. Not the kind of family I would want to do business with.
I put my watch in for a small repair and was told it would be ready on monday 10th February. I went to pick up the watch but unfortunately the shop was shut ! Found it very strange as a note on the door said they would be open monday 10th February? . I thought I would go up today but looking at the website it's still saying the shop is closed and opens on Wednesday which will be the 12th ...I am seriously out of pocket as I live miles away !!!!!! Not impressed
Have used this jeweller for purchases and repairs. On all occasions we have received a first class service. They also make their own jewellery, so if you are looking for original designs they are worth a visit
Good jeweller with solid selection of rings, necklaces and earrings. Lots are made by the jeweller himself and the care and attention is obvious. Helpful staff in-store, very friendly.
