The veterinary nurse knows me and my dogs by our names and treat us with care and understanding, they always give advice when I ask them for it, it is also so very close to where I live its so convenient for me and my two little dogs.
The receptionist did what she could but we were told that there was no vet on site and the kitten died a few hours later whilst waiting for a RSPCA inspector. Services for animals seem to just as inefficient as for humans!
We were on holiday when our dog needed veterinary treatment at a Bank Holiday weekend. We had not previously registered with a vet in the area so I was expecting to have to pay a surcharge. We weren't charged over the odds, however. Having worked at a veterinary practice myself, I can appreciate how busy they can be. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and took time to explain everything. Could not fault.
Recently moved to Brixham and chose this vets on recommendation. They did not disappoint, Kendall took time with us explaining along the way in detail everything. Attentive and caring. The reception was clean and tidy and receptionist very attentive. Great Vets
Premises are clean and airy. Social distancing is easily achieved. Vet was excellent, with a gentle, quiet manner. There is a free car park directly outside the Premises, with a 1hr max stay, using cctv.
My two dogs are always well looked after, every vet that I have met has been extremely helpful, answered all my questions, reassured me and most importantly they look after my dogs like they are their own.
What a fantastic veterinary practice, could not be happier. Such great care and so efficient. My usually timid cat not only had a good look around but wanted to play with Hannah the vet! Big thumbs up for Silverton and huge thanks for maki g us so welcome. J Boyd
Very friendly vets at a quiet location in Brixham. Had no problems at all with our usually anxious rescue dog. They are happy for us to visit any time allowing our dog to become familiar with them. Highly recommend their services.
