We changed vets as we weren't getting quick enough responses about treatment from our previous vets sometimes waiting weeks. For a recent issue we were seen, estimate sent, and booked in within 48 hours. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Would recommend highly.
My review is for the vet Dan at Paignton bay vets, he saw my little cat who had a wound on he’s leg, I never often right reviews, however Dan was fabulous and you can tell he has compassion and truly loves he’s job! He will be my go to vet from now on. Thanks Dan you are a credit to the bay vets
My cat ate some cotton and it got stuck around his tongue, I took him to bay vets in Paignton during the weekend as an emergency, I feel it was his stay at the ritz of veterinary practices, and wanted a bed next to him. They gave him scans, medication and lots of love and cuddles. The girls were so warm and lovely to him, I praise them all, yes it cost me £720, but it was worth every penny as he has fully recovered and is back to his normal playful self. I cannot thank bay vets enough for their professional and quick response to helping us. Money means nothing when you have the welfare of your animals to maintain
I changed to Bay Vets when I got my 2nd dog and they always go above and beyond. Today my German shepherd had to say goodbye to his and I was a nervous wreck. But the nurses messaged me a picture via the app and told me he’s ok. This is just one example of them going above and beyond. Probably one of the top veterinary practices in the bay. Great advice givers, friendly to us humans and even friendlier to our animals.
Took my chihuahua here as he kept yelping and had a hunched back the vet he saw was absolutely amazing and made sure that he was well looked after and treated gently but firmly the reception team were amazing with him too. I ended up crying because of how my chihuahua was in the vets he ended up being so calm and happy to be there i am a very proud furbaby mum and am very impressed with them will definitely be coming to this vets again
My fur babies have been registered here for many years. Everyone is so caring and kind as well as knowledgeable. Also, not as expensive as other vets.
Felt a little like my vet was more interested in whether I had pet insurance, than what my dog needed. Dismissed what i asked for originally, prescribed lots of expensive meds then 4 weeks later, when still in same state, agree to prescribe what i asked for at first appointment! Disappointed.
Such a Welcoming Surgery ! both Phoebe and Tessa were calm and treated with Kindness and patience and....They did enjoy their Treats ! Thank You !
Sadly I had to have my beautiful Milo put to sleep recently. The care and compassion from the vet and reception staff was outstanding. We weren’t rushed , and everything was done in a peaceful and caring way . The vet showed immense empathy and for that I will always be truly grateful.
