Long time fan of Silverado, usually in Brighton but occasionally in Lewes. My review is for the lovely lady in Lewes on June 24th which happened to be my birthday. I think I overheard that her name was Victoria sorry if I’m wrong!. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. We arrived at the shop around the same time as several other customers, and the way in which Victoria?! calmly and efficiently managed the shop, seeing that everyone was looked after, was very impressive! Always have and always will continue to recommend Silverado as a must when looking for a special piece of jewellery :
Gorgeous dainty jewellery that makes your heart melt! Lovely staff who are always very accommodating. One of my favourites when visiting lewes.
Such a cute shop with items for all budgets. Customer service is brilliant - I've been in a number of times and whomever is working on the day, they are chatty, friendly and very accommodating. I recently ordered x 3 necklaces for my Bridesmaids and a set of new rings for myself. All staff have been very helpful and gone the extra mile to ensure I get the right items I've needed. Highly recommend.
I recently visited your store. Amazing products and amazing personal service. I visit this store and am always served by a very helpful lady. I believe her name is Victoria. A great ambassador to this business reputation and goodwill. Great shopping experience which will continue 2b repeated!!!
Fabulous, dog friendly shop with great selection of jewellery. But best of all the staff are so friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Jewellery is always beautifully wrapped so makes gift giving easy.

What a beautiful shop. I was bought a gorgeous necklace and the staff were so helpful when I changed my mind.. Then changed it back again. Purely because of the amazing choice. We shall be returning to purchase the matching bracelet as soon as we can.
