My partner and I found out about RTFJ at the wedding fair at the South of England Showground. As with anything we did 'shop' around but we decided to go with RTFJ and definitely do not regret our decision. Richard was most helpful and really professional. We absolutely loved that Richard allowed us to watch our rings being finished as well.

Fantastic work. Richard beautifully crafted an old signet ring for me by adding two sizes and did a wonderful polishing job to make an old valued ring look like new. I am very grateful for the turnaround time so it's in time for a birthday. Very happy and I will recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Amazing service, would strongly recommend! Richard did a wonderful job with our wedding rings. It was great to watch these being created, especially as the rings had sentimental value. A very helpful and honest craftsman, we will definitely be back!

Amazing service, could not recommend RTFJ highly enough. A very relaxed atmosphere, loads of options and Richard is a very talented jeweller. He is very open and honest about what can and can’t be done. Also love the drinks fridge in the meeting room. Will definitely be back in the future

This has been one of the most surreal experiences of our life! My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly, the calendar system of booking an appointment was simple, upon arrival I let out a sigh of relief Richard greeted us like old friends. We were nervous, I had arranged for my husband Nick’s wedding band to be remodelled in some way as it had worn away, he has NEVER removed the band in 28 years, we had no idea what to expect, worry not Richard has an uncanny way of reading his clients and their needs, after consultation amazingly Richard had time to create a new band whilst we waited, melting down the original, Nick had a wobble, quickly steadied by a welcome bottle of beer, we were fascinated to have the honour of watching the whole process from start to finish. Richards attention to detail and skill is second to none. We thank you sincerely, we can’t wait for an excuse to come and see you again!! Thank you RTFJ.
