DO NOT SHOP HERE. This shop takes solid advantage of the elderly. My grandmother in law just showed us her 'gold watch with diamonds' which she paid a hefty amount for, only for my husband to find it online for a paltry £23. She's very disappointed now and I wanted to publically make people aware that this jeweller will look at an elderly woman in her 80s and think they can rip them off and take advantage for profit. Disgusting!
What a thoroughly enjoyable experience it is visiting this shop. The staff are all so helpful and we couldn't be more delighted with our purchase of a vintage locket for our daughters birthday.
Just had to say what a wonderful Early Christmas shopping experience I have had at this fine jewellers. I found presents for all the family from 5 to little gestures. The range and quality of their goods are equal to any of the big names in London and dare I say, much better price-wise. What I really love is their kindness to shoppers like me. I know what I like but appreciate the help on quality and advice for sometimes a large investment . How wonderful in this day and age to shop with confidence and pleasure in this green fronted shop in Lewes' High Street. An exquisite Aladin's cave which I return to time after time for gifts for all the family celebrations and sometimes just for the sheer pleasure of looking at really lovely things! I have given the shop five stars for choice , quality, price, service and trustworthiness
What a find this shop really is! Independent and knowledgeable,they really do 'know their stuff'. Based in the beautiful county town of Lewes, this unique and well stocked jewellers really pride themselves on being different and going the 'extra mile' for their many loyal and long standing customers. If you ever find yourself in East Sussex, and you're in to high quality, old & antique items - do pop in, there's sure to be something you'll love! :-

Lovely quaint shop in the heart of Lewes. I love looking in their display windows which are always packed with beautiful items. They have a classic old world charm that you don't get elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend them if you want to buy something special as I found them friendly, knowledgable and love the fact that many of the pieces are unique and one off rather than mass produced.
We have been using Marston's for over 20 years now. Their knowledge and professionalism shine through. As an independent jeweller they stock more individual pieces than the High Street chains. I highly recommend them.
What a great experience. I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I received. I felt compelled to write a review because I was quite pleasantly taken aback - I came in to get an idea of the individual values of a number of pieces of jewellery and they painstakingly helped me without asking for anything in return - a real rarity these days and I’m just so incredibly grateful.
Such a wonderful team of people. My engagement ring was bought here and now both my sister in-laws have their engagement rings from here too. Perfect service and beautiful choices.
Both Andrew and Michael were absolute stars in helping me with my order. I were wonderful to communicate with and gave me so much help. Definitely would recommend.
