Thank you Alexis for the fast turnaround with regards to my ring and I am delighted to have it back and restored to its forma glory. The service and price were amazing and its always a pleasure dropping in to your Jewellers and have a look at your latest collections. The store always feels so homely and you really do follow the rules of "Retail is Detail" as it is executed perfectly and with a element of style and uniqueness.

I am delighted with my engagement and wedding rings! They are exactly what I wanted. Alexis and all of her staff were friendly and professional throughout the whole process, from my initial request to the end product. I honestly can't recommend Alexis Dove Jewellery enough!!

Ordered earings on the 6th . No sign of delivery by the 9th. Phoned to be told jewellery is handmade and can take upto two weeks. I pointed out that the website did not mention a possible 2 week delay to be told that I should have mentioned I wanted quick delivery in the notes on my order. When paying £3.95 for delivery I would expect item within a couple of days unless otherwise stated. I was then told that an email was being processed telling me of delay! After 3 days!? Wife's birthday was 8 days after order and I assumed delivery would happen by then as I was paying £3.95. No. You have to know it might take two weeks and mention it in the notes with order. Lady on the phone was of no help and in fact made things worse. I am all for buying from smaller businesses , but not if they can't even tell me after 3 days that an order will take 2 weeks to be sent. If I could vote no stars I would .

I had forgotten I liked jewellery until I visited this shop. Alexis designs the most beautiful and exotic pieces I have ever seen. Use of rose gold is exceptional.
