Mum stayed at Silver Trees for 5 weeks convalescence after a fall and we found all the staff very caring and helpful. Denise went above and beyond to ensure that Mum’s needs were met and Mum was well looked after.

My own experience….A Disgusting, neglectful place to go and die.nI was never allowed through the doors to see my family member because I wasn’t jabbed with poison, and so she was left to deteriorate, no one even noticed when she fall out of bed, or how long she was left on the floor before a visitor found her but there was enough time for infection to take over her entire body.nWould not recommend.nWill not be the end of this.

My father was very poorly looked after at this nursing home about 3 years ago. He lost weight, was unable to walk without alot of assistance and had a bad water wheel scald which took 9 months to heal . The healing was not helped by the fact that the nurse dressed it with a plaster which was too small and stuck to the grape like pus filled blisters at the sides of the scald.nIt took a skin expert to remove the plaster in hospital which should have been a bandage on a scald and they had to put foam pads on the scald to protect it . I was also lied to as to my father's mobility. He was alot worse going out than when he went in. A social worker had to be involved.nWould not recommend this home unless huge improvements have been made.

Lovely place to stay

my great Aunt lived here for over a year and found it a very good nursing home
