Ha ha, just to warn you if they are asking to wait in front of the gate, do it ...even if the gate starts to open ...wait! Haha nice chaps anyway. Chatty and friendly. Small and narrow yard but clean and tidy. Quick unloading without moaning about this or that.
Nothing good. They have no respect for people. other people laugh at other employees. they think that the new employee will work as fast as the others. constant criticism of employees. it's never enough. shift managers and zone managers don't know how to treat people. they have no respect.nimpossible to execute target. constantly rushing people and saying they work too slow. delegating responsibilities to others. blaming the employee for everything, even if the delay is not their fault. when problems are reported, they are ignored.people who are very critical and as if they ate all the brains and know everything best. they love gossip. they consider themselves your friends and after a while they go to the manager to complain. waiting for your mistake. They laugh at how slow you work when you're new. constantly judging people as unfit for the job. when someone doesn't like them, they do everything to get the person to quit their job.nthere is constant stress when you go on a break it gets criticized why you even go on a break because you should be working all the timenNot caring about employees and toxic environment
Usually get tipped in fairly good time here. Only 3 lorry spaces for waiting outside. I have never had an issue parking yet.
Treat thier staff badly. Posting on behalf of someone else. Never heard of a company treating thier staff so badly. They lie about the salary, they push thier staff exceptionally hard and often don't provide adequate facilities. Ontop of this thier food storage is appalling and breaking multiple food safety laws.
Confirmed that I had got the job which meant I gave in my notice but then failed to send confirmation email or a called to update me. Turns out they went for another individual without letting me know after I had called few times to get hold of the manager. Overall it was the worst procedure of recruiting someone, utterly disappointed.
