Really big and very good for kids to run around with lots of different things to do. The staff are always helpful and very kind. My son has his birthday parties here every year too
Our recent visit to Jump Bristol was an absolute delight, offering a perfect blend of fun, affordability, and variety that left our little one beaming with joy.nThe preschool section is a vibrant world of imagination with slides, building blocks, and a soft play frame that captivates the younger ones.nFor the older kids there is a three-story soft play frame featuring four large slides and an array of climbing, crawling, and balancing challenges. It’s a safe and exhilarating adventure that encourages active play.nnAdding to the fun, the small football court encased in soft frames and the large bouncy castle provide endless entertainment. It’s impressive how the space caters to a diverse range of interests and activities, ensuring that every child finds something they love.nNot just for kids, Jump Bristol is nice for parents too. The abundance of seating areas allows for comfortable supervision, and the restaurant is great, offering a variety of food and drink options at amazing prices. It’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable rates. They also offer free lockers with key, as you come into the play area, to store your stuff safely.nnOur two-hour session flew by in a blink, filled with laughter and excitement, a delightful experience.nnIn summary, Jump Bristol offers a safe, exciting, and budget-friendly environment for family fun. It’s an excellent choice for a day out with kids, will certainly visit again.
For all kids up to 12yrs old, reasonably priced and the cafe is well priced too. 2 3 story climbing areas, separate area for football and inflatable, also has a large area fenced off for the wee ones. Big problem in these places is the heat generated but Jump open up the big door and cover it with a mesh to allow the cool are in, brilliant. All in the kids loved it, even got me down the chute.
We've been a couple of times and while our little girl has fun, I'm really reluctant to go back. Toilets aren't kept clean during the weekend sessions which is a little annoying, but the main issue is the lack of supervision in the toddler area. Much older children are just allowed through, even with staff 'on duty'. I've seen multiple kids with drinks on the soft play, kids throwing balls and equipment dangerously, and kids and adults either on the soft play in their shoes or with no socks on at all. I know soft plays are never going to be super hygienic or clean but these feel like things jump could be dealing with.
We love Jump, it's enormous & has really good areas for all ages. I stuck with my 18 month old in the baby bit or sometimes the toddler bit, whilst my 5 year old either hangs out with us or runs off to play on the bigger stuff. The staff have always been pleasant & the food is alright too - our favourite is a jacket potato with cheese! Simple, but delicious.nnThe only downside to Jump is when it's full, as it gets a little too busy for our liking. But you can't blame them for packing everyone in when they can since softplays are very feast or famine. If you can go on a weekday or when it's nice outside you'll have plenty of space & a great time! If it's cold & wet outside & it's fully booked it might feel a little busy!
