The team came out to my Mum this morning as she'd fallen and was in a very awkward position. I can't speak highly enough about their care, good humour, kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much.

An ambulance came out to me on Friday.  The hca listened to my chest and said it was clear.  10 minutes later I could feel and hear rumblings in my left lung so I asked her to listen to ot again but she said no . I csn only assume that she'd already written down her findings on the first listen snd wasn't going to change that even though my lung noise was not normal.  Why bother coming when they're not doing their job . My blood pressure was also very low . My oxygen level only went up when I breathed in deep and sat up . Not satisfactory  but no one is going to do anything bc they all assume its more about my mental health when actually I have a condition that causes my  anxiety

The ambulance picked me up from the road after an accident in Long Ashton.  The driver and nurse were most kind and careful. AT the BRI we had to queue for what seemed hours and the crew kept our spirits up with games ot I Spy. I cannot speak too highly of the service I received and the courtesy and kindness of the crew.

I cannot express the excellance of the 2female paramedics that visited my home today. And an outstanding student reflect
