Really great shop, lovely products and amazing staff. Can not fault them at all. I got bought a Swarovski bangle for my birthday last year and they first changed the size for me, then 11 months later found the receipt for me so they could send it off for repair as a crystal fell out, and today a month after repair another or the same crystal fell out again, they offered to send it away for free or to refund the value against something in the shop as the bangle has since become discontinued. I have got a lovely new Swarovski bracelet (as close to similar as it could be), no complaints or fuss by the staff just great customer service. Hopefully I won't have any problems with this one but I know if I do the staff at Silver Tree will bend over backwards to help.
