Very unpleasant experience 03/01/2022 9am, supervisor very patronising and awful customer service. Wanted to change engagement ring size, straight away stated ring looked worn. Only purchased on 27/12/2021. No smiles, no congratulations. Left the store feeling awful and made what should've been a nice experience awful.
The staff at this shop are really helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all. Got a good deal both times we have been there.
Beautiful jewellery, well presented & expert staff.
Bought my engagement ring from Ernest jones for £375 15 years ago. Never had a problem with it. Last year they resized it and now a tiny piece of gold has come away from the band and they gave me an estimate of £870 to repair it! Disgusting!!
Having purchased a ring 12 months ago but was unsure of the size, the very helpful sales assistant checked the records and quickly sorted it out for me enabling me to buy another ring for my wife. 11:20am on Monday 25/07/19. I don't know the young lady's name but thank you
Went in to return a watch and was treated like a criminal and that was by the 'manager'. She asked if I had worn it to which I said no but she kept on and on saying there was bits of skin and scratches etc. Asked I had the receipt and mentioned my husband had bought it and she immediately said 'well he has to bring it back' even though I had the card with me!! She was down right rude and arrogant to both me and my husband. My husband had to travel from Heysham just to return and get a refund. My husband and I have spend a lot of money in this store buying watches, engagement rings and our wedding rings and in the past have received brilliant service especially by the older lady I believe she has now left, not that I'm surprised!!. I will never return to this store again.
I saw a ring in the shop window, went in to try it and found it had been reduced by £100, which delighted me. Staff extremely helpful, ring had to be ordered in my size.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store sells beautiful jewellery.
They will lie to your face to get your money. Never ever shop here the staff are rude and will literally tell you anything to get your money in the hope you won't question it. Terrible service avoid like the plague.
