Very happy with the service received from Charlotte at Banks Lyon.  She answered all my questions about a Montblanc pen which was ordered later that day.  Within 18 hours it was delivered and as I expected.  It was well wrapped and protected for transit and I am very pleased with the purchasing experience.

I would recommend Banks Lyon to anyone! 
All in the shop were helpful, polite and not pushy in the slightest. Particular praise must go to Alex who went the extra mile in every facet of purchasing an engagement ring. He was happy to communicate with me out of his working hours to ensure everything went smoothly, answer my questions and contact the designer. He even helped me hire a Porsche for the big day!! 
Both service and products are second to none.
