All the staff, and particularly Lynne, were patient and understanding and really helped me to understand the different options I had for the repair. The best jewellers in Lancaster! Highly recommend! My husband had my engagement ring altered here a couple of years ago and we have recently had our wedding rings made bespoke by Firths. Throughout the whole process Charlotte was amazing in helping us design and find the right fit of rings for us. It was a lovely experience and probably my favourite of the whole wedding planning process. I now have 2 beautiful rings 3 including my husbands from Firths and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

I will go nowhere else other than Firths Jewellers for many reasons, the service the staff the knowledge and there go that extra mile for all there customers, they cant do enough for you. They have the best designs of jewellery for all and if its something a little more personal or bespoke then this is no problem either there ideas and designs are second to non. My wife has just collected her engagement ring which has required extensive repairs after 43 years of use. She is absolutely thrilled to bits with the craftsmanship, which has been amazing. What an amazing Jewellers in Lancaster. Staff are very helpful & lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. I can highly recommend a visit if you require something special or if you require a piece of jewellery remodelled.
