Bought our wedding and engagement rings from Firths fantastic service. Really helpful with choosing what style and cut and made it very easy when making such a big decision. Also my husband purchased my diamond ears for my 30th from here. Been to get them all cleaned and checked today and they look amazing! Thank you

Amazing customer service. I wanted to purchase a uniquely designed ring and Firths were able to provide me a number of options to choose from. The quality of the end product is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks!

Simply brilliant. I bought a ring online where the engraving hadn't come out well. I wanted to get it sorted but not other jewellers in Lancaster would help me. Firth's were so helpful with getting it sorted before I proposed, even though I hadn't bought the ring from them. Very reasonable prices for their workshop jobs as well. I would 100% recommend them, especially Charlotte and her excellent customer service. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

Every time I have used Firth’s jewellers, I have been extremely satisfied with the exemplary level of service and advice. They have an extensive range of great quality jewellery pieces and the staff are second to none.

Ordered and designed a bespoke ring. Excellent customer service throughout. The staff were all helpful and offered knowledgeable ideas. Will be back.
