Used Google to search for fish and chips as in the area on holiday. Silk’s was one of the highest rated so went there, we were not disappointed. Brilliant food, welcoming staff, easy to find with good parking. Perfect. Thanks.

Cannot praise this place enough. I went to get a big order as we were camping nearby . We got excellent service, gorgeous food and even some freebies! Best fish n chip place ever!

Always come here. It's a bit out of the way for me but worth the journey. Always great food and very friendly staff. The boss always greats and says goodbye even if that means stopping what he's doing. Good old fashioned great service.
Found this on Google maps. The owner has a wry sense of humour, as we were out of towers on holiday it was great fun. Very large portions but no cod just haddock.
Fish, chips and mushy peas, not too greasy, plenty of fish. Friendly service

The evening we moved, famished and the nearest quick food was here. A first visit but not likely to be our last. Wife was impressed by the entertainment banter while waiting !
