With out a doubt the best Pattie and chips around.
Everything was excellent enjoyed by my whole family. A holiday to Scarborough made a little bit brighter! Absolutely delicious meal, fantastic prices! Fresher than any other fish we've had down here. Enjoyed by all of us including the fussiest eater in the group!! This was by far our nicest meal!
This is the only fish and chip shop in Scarborough that I have got Fish and Chips from that has made both my wife be or feel ill. Go early ,but not too early, and if you are late you better go home and have bread and jam.I have not been back .

If you visit Scarborough you most definitely need to go to this chippy. It is probably the best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted all cooked to order. The staff and guy that own the place are very friendly and make you there priority from the minute you walk in fantastic service. M.O.T
As a supermarket delivery driver in the area i have tried many fine fish & chip shops, this however has to be the best so far, Keep up the good work Mr Silk, you have now become my favourite, hopefully see you when you come to visit Saltburn-by-the-sea.
