Have been a patient for over 10 years. Professional and well run. Appointments available on the day. However, you MUST initiate your calling at 07:59 and 50 seconds in order to get a decent chance of an appointment on the day. Both male and female professional physicians.

Spent 2 days trying to get some antibiotics, I mentioned I just need the antibiotics but surgery is adamant I need to see a doctor, well its all good if there are doctors to see you! Spent endless amounts of time on hold to be told to call back the next day as all appointments are full by 8:30?? So all in all I've wasted 2 days off work waiting for an appointment for some antibiotics! Seems to be happening a lot recently, Used to be a decent surgery...

This is the worst practise on the planet. Frequent queues that are so long they go out of the door, reception staff that dont have a clue what theyre doing and doctors that dont care about their patients and just want you to go away. Repeats will take over weeks to get and dont expect to get an appointment for months when you call. And when you get one you'll be waiting in reception for at least 30 to 60 mins even if you are the first person to be seen. Uncaring, unqualified, unwilling and unable to do their jobs at all. This place should be closed down with urgency. Choose ANY other surgery because this one is full of incompetant idiots.

Quick call was requested it never came. Leaving me in a lot of pain for days over Christmas. I realise staffing is an issue but surley sorting that should be a priority to cope with the demand. Bring forth the 21st century, because getting an actual appointment is non existent. Thinking of looking for new doctors for me and my family.
