Cannot speak for all services here, but my personal visit was excellent and I was looked after very well.

My midwife knew my iron was dangerously low but forgot to give me iron tablets or let me know so I was seriously unwell for a month, luckily I saw a different midwife as she was on holiday who gave me the tablets and I’m on the mend, I Told my midwife that she put me and my baby at risk she didn’t even acknowledge or apologise I’m appalled and will be making a formal complaint
