I have always found everybody at this surgery to be polite, helpful, efficient and caring.  I couldn't rate the reception staff or Dr Rubery more highly when looking after my mother.  I wish it was my surgery too.

In my opinion the receptionists are extremely rude and rarely sort out what they advise they will, despite numerous phone calls, days waiting and having to endure rudeness for one simple matter to be sorted out. In my experience it has been advised repeat prescriptions will be sent to the chemist and it is very unlikely they are there when you are told they are and this can go on for days. When ringing, the receptionists always advise me that you can only get an appointment if you ring on the day, when I have pointed out it is 8am and it is not possible to ring any earlier, I have been told you, there are no appointments available and the receptionist has raised her voice without any provocation  and only apologised when I point out that is an incorrect attitude.  I have been in the waiting room and experienced arguments between patients and reception staff because of the way patients are spoken to.   I have change GP service due to such bad service service here, rudeness and never being able to get an appointment.  I have no issues where I am now.

Can't get an appointment any more here. Receptionist unhelpful. 8 day wait to see Dr unacceptable.

Been at this surgery for years and now have one of the newer doctors ( dr Williams ) absolutely fabulous, always fits you in , great service all round and truly understanding,
