Just been this morning 1/7/25 for my third appointment for injection in the eye. I know one of the young ladies was called Amanda and I can’t emphasis enough the wonderful attentive care I received, so thank you for making the experience as good as possible.
From the moment we got here to the moment we left, i have so much respect for every single member of staff that works in this place. We were met by a very polite receptionist, i believe her name was Sharon, dealt with us very professionally, we were shown where to go etc. My partner had laser eye surgery and was treated by a Doctor Ackram who was absolutely lovely and very reassuring. Thank you so much for every single one of you, you're so very much appreciated!!

Took my mum for an Ophthalmology appointment today. Thank you so much to the lovely lady who was meeting and greeting and helped to put my mum at ease and also Martin and Maria who were very kind and understanding with my mum's concerns. Really very impressed with everyone we came across. Thank you
Had an appointment here, parking can sometimes be difficult, they do have disabled parking spaces outside the main entrance and there are other spaces available, sometimes however they are full and you can end up parking on the street. Today the parking wasn't too bad and there were spaces to park on the hospital grounds. They are still using masks and if you are wearing your own the person at the main door explains you need to swap your own mask with one of there's. There is also hand sanitizer in the entrance. I showed my appointment letter and was very kindly assisted on where I had to go. Very understanding about the fact I am deaf and went out of there way to make sure I understood. Hospital itself is spotless and very well sign posted to help where you are going. I attended the xray department, again very clean and friendly staff happy to assist with communication issues. Not once did I feel a nuisance to the staff in fact I was never rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. To be honest I can't recommend the staff I came in contact with highly enough. The hospital felt safe and I would like to reassure anyone who has an appointment here that the hospital is of the highest standards in all aspects of help, care, cleanliness and support. Also there are chairs outside if you are early for your appointment or if you have someone taking you they can sit down if the weather is suitable. Also there is a drop off point at the door of the hospital.
