I found the staff in this shop to be friendly, efficient but also a bit pricey. However, they resolved my problem of a broken tablet - PC World had previously not wanted to fix this and been surly so lost my business to Shyamtronics. I will definitely consider this shop again for any tech issues.
I have been visiting this shop for 20 years, buying Lenovo Thinkpads and DVD players. Staff have been very helpful and efficient.
asked them to replace a smashed iphone screen. the screen they provided me with was not fitted properly and now glitches constantly. the phone is completely unusable. very unimpressed
Went there this afternoon for a power adaptor. I showed them an old power lead and asked for an adaptor for USB-C. They said they don't have the convertor, but I can buy the whole power pack for £69! I knew I was being shafted so walked out. Across the road and they charged me £40.
