Very convenient Apple Store that is a very nice place to be. The store is large and clean with helpful staff. If you have appointments you don’t need to wait and it is very nice process. There are lots of sample of each device from Mac to home gadgets. In the second floor, you can see technical support which is provided by appointment. Everyone is very friendly in there.
As always, Apple Store is a very nice place to be and experience various tech. Large, bright, clean environment with helpful staff. There’s a large collection of accessories for iPhone and other Apple gadgets. Many demo zones where you can listen to music in AirPods Max or try new Macs and so on. Great job Apple
A beautiful store in the heart of London. We did a creative Today at Apple session using Procreate. I loved how the focus was on the drawing skills and that we got to visit Regency Park to practise our sketching skills. Ashley and Tom, you were great fun! One simply must try the Today at Apple sessions! I purchased a charger at the store and the experience was seamless - Apple Pay worked like a charm! I wish there was an Apple Store closer to me. After a disastrous attempted spontaneous shopping trip to Bromley store I ordered 2 iPhones and some accessories online and selected Regent Street store to collect from since I would not go to Bromley store if you paid me. The positives - very easy to get in and collect, the staff are all polite. Unfortunately there are some negatives here - this was Christmas Eve and Regent Street was dead as was the store itself presumably due to the pandemic, but in-spite of this and my attempts to engage with the staff serving me, it was clear to me that all they wanted to do was serve me and get rid of me as soon as possible. I certainly did not leave there with the impression of being a valued customer who had just spend over £2000. As I said above the staff are polite but only for as long as they have to be. Due to my needing to use different payment methods I had made 3 separate transactions which bizarrely led to me being served by 3 separate staff members. Surely you could’ve somehow collated those 3 orders? However, the fact that I was served by 3 separate people as well as the greeter scanning the barcodes has led me to the firm opinion that the attitude and approach of the staff reflects on Apple themselves as an employer rather than the staff themselves. It was like being served by the same person in 3 different bodies. I absolutely love Apple devices and own a phone, watch, HomePod and airpod pro but I think that because it is such an excellent product this has led to an arrogant approach in the stores like they know they don’t have to try very hard because the product is as good as it is. I had never visited an Apple store in person before this week and have visited 2 this week and will definitely not be in a hurry to do so again. From now on I’ll be ordering online via Amazon or John Lewis
Absolutely amazing store. The staff are 5 . I went shopping with my grandsons and a member of staff came over and got them to join in the free classes in the store, whilst I was enquiring about products etc. We actually came back so that my youngest grandson could participate in one of the classes, he wanted to stay longer but we needed to leave
Great store no doubt but very chaotic despite of having an appointment you’ve to wait for a long time even after check in. Don’t expect you’ll be attended on a table for product overview, you will be asked to go to one of the trees and sit there where you’ll be shown your product. Very unhappy as I was not very impressed with the sales team, apparently he was training which took too much of my time. Never visit on weekends x
This place is always busy but cant really fault Apple service. Waited 25mins to be serve, but once seen they put full attention on your needs and questions were all answered. I would never buy apple products from elsewhere. The staff are trained and know what theyre selling. Highly recommended to visit store to buy your apple product!
Visited here today with my 8 year old sister and her friend to take part in one of their workshops. The two gentleman who ran it were very polite, engaging and you could tell that they genuinely enjoyed doing it. They interacted with all the children and ensured that each child had enough time to explore. I was worried that the time would drag it was 2:30 to 4pm however it didn’t at all. The workshop involved the children creating their own video clip. They were first taught the basic of using the Apple app, Clips so that they could independently apply what they learned. I would definitely return here for another workshop. The Apple Store itself although busy, looked like it was well staffed. I really liked the interior of the store: bright lights and simple decor.
Friendly stuff. Plenty of workers to help you with your questions. Nice place to try before you buy.
