Terrible experience with this company. After sending in my MacBook for repair, I received no communication whatsoever. I had to call multiple times for updates, only to be told they couldn’t provide any because I had to go through another company for updates. When I finally got my MacBook back, the original issue was still there. They admitted they missed something and asked me to send it in again. Completely unacceptable—avoid this company at all costs.
Bought 3 very specific hard drives I needed, and paid for next day delivery - as I was flying abroad. Spoke to them on the phone to confirm I would have them in time, and I was promised I would. I explained how urgent it was. The drives never came. And as it was a weekend - there was no one to speak to, or to help. No phone, no email. No one. Never experienced service like it. Was it a one off? No. I previously ordered a drive from them 6 weeks ago. Two days later, after placing the order, they emailed to say it wasn't in stock. Unfortunate theme...
If you are debating whether or not to get your Mac fixed here or an Apple Store, let me help you out: Jigsaw24 is amazing. Rang them at 2pm. They came and picked up my MacBook. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part. Part fitted by 12pm the next day and returned to me by 1pm. The whole thing took less than 24h. And to think, every other time previously, I'd wait up till midnight refreshing the Apple Store Genius Bar appointments page waiting to battle through the crowds, only to be without my machine for 3-5 days. Did I mention, all this was free? Covered under warranty -- including the pickup and return. Jigsaw24 will be my go to place from now on. Amazing.
Great experience here. My MacBook Pro's keyboard stopped working; they were very upfront about what would be involved in fixing it and how long it would take, and fixed it faster than they originally estimated, all under warranty. Update: same issue returned problem is with the hardware, not their previous work, and once again these guys were absolutely fantastic - dealt with it quickly and professionally and have good advice about how to prevent/manage future issues. Really can't recommend enough.
I purchased a case for an iPad that I use for work and I waited almost 2 weeks and the package never arrived. I kept asking about the order and finally they said they will be sending a 2nd one, as an urgent order. Of course this didn't arrive and they said they had issues with their stock due Brexit ? Why you offer a 2nd order if you just said you had a problem with your stock? Anyway, go figure. I don't recommend this business.
Excellent. I especially appreciate very good email communication and their courier collection and delivery service for MacBook repair. I'm a repeat customer, strong recommend.
The most amazing service and the kindest help- all fully appreciated and real super heroes. Thank you for sorting my laptop out. I don't what I would do without these guys, they have also helped with our computers in my company too. Business or personal, any problems with computers don't look anywhere else. Thank you!!
Purchase a USB C Mulit Port. The product is broken upon receiving it. It does not work as it suppose to. I was told they will replace a new one but after a week no calls no emails. I gave them a call and was told that Satechi USB C Mulit port cant be use to charge my laptop or phone. Well, so asked for a refund and what other brands do they have was told that they will call me later in the day. No respond again. Fine... I had enough. I call up for a refund asked when do I received a refund. AGAIN... told to wait and they will call back or email me. So now, no respond again. Will I want to purchase anything from them again? No. Poor customer service.
Referred to Jigsaw from Apple for repair of a Thunderbolt display. Excellent initial response and service throughout. Staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help, and clearly explain the options available.
Very professional, very quick. We have used them many many times and is our companies goto Apple authorised repair service as they are much faster than Apple themselves.
