These guys are the BEST Mac repair specialists in London. No costly 'diagnostic' fees, transparent, responsive and great value. I had a situation where my entire HD died in the middle of a project. Absolute disaster. I got in touch with Mac 1 at 1pm. By 6pm that day my machine had a new HD, and now runs like a dream. Amazing service!PositiveResponsiveness

Fast prompt service while I waited. Jeff did great job educating me through the trouble shooting steps. If similar problem happens again...I might be wiser to figure out how to solve problem myself. Not too expensive, and a lot better value for me than Apple's Genious Bar. A+++ would definately recommend.  Returned for Apple problem 4 years later. Dr Mac is still as professional as 4 years ago. Was able to politely and expertly solve a technical problem with my iPhone that night Apple tech support, nor my mobile phone company was able to solve.

I totally recommend Mac1 for your Mac repair. My MacBook Pro had a power problem and Mac1 was the only store that gave me a fast answer. Other stores could give a solution in 7-10, but Mac1 gave me a solution in less than 5 days. Now my computer works perfectly fine!! :

I had a hardware fault for a ‘vintage’ but perfectly functional MacBook Pro. I couldn’t get anyone else to repair it, and most wanted the monitor to be changed. Getting simple repairs carried out on a Mac can be a nightmare, especially if you don't fancy making an appointment and paying consultancy fees before any work is done. Thank the Lord for Mac1 who dealt with me immediately and made me feel like I was a regular in a pub rather than a man in a hurry for a new battery. Whatever your Mac problem, I strongly advise you give these guys a shout first.

Excellent service. They resurrected a vintage white MacBook C 2007. They reinstalled leopard OS and a multitude of old useful software like VLC iTunes iPhoto and quick time player and put a new 1TB hard drive in as ordered. Resulting in just what I wanted-a stand alone computer for me to play my music collection, watch my videos and enjoy my photos. So I can use my newer laptop for email and internet work. Excellent that their technician Jeff can deal with older equipment and we are not bound to pander to planned obsolescence...

Just want to say a very big thank you to Geoff and Ian      for their assistance in helping my parents in the UK.  My Father Russell had problems with his iPad and I managed to google Mac1 which were located near their home.  Both my parents are in awe of their service and help in fixing the problem.  I’m grateful to google in finding you whilst residing in NZ.  Highly recommend to anyone!

I definitely not recommend this service. I was told one price at the beginning and had to pay twice as much at the end. They charge per hour, but apparently coffee brakes are also included in the price. I left my laptop there and when after some time I went to ask about it, guy who was working on it wasn't there. His colleague told me that he is in the loo. But on my way back I meet him going back with a coffee mug in his hand.

My company uses 50+ Mac's of all types.  I have used Mac1 twice in the last three months. Service was quick, courteous, realistically priced and they know what they are doing which makes a change. Highly recommend.
