I went there to check what they could offer in terms of custom-built PC, and not only did they have what I specifically asked for if I really wanted it, but also they made suggestions on how to improve on the build recommended by my friends for better value and reliability without sacrificing too much on performance to stay within my budget. They were honest where they could not price-match online retailers, but went out of their way to fit my budget with comparable components they had better prices for. While they did charge me £100 for the assembling and installing, in the end the price was similar to what I would have got online they even checked the quote & receipt multiple time to make sure they had not overcharged me, but I did not have to build it myself, got it on the same day and can bring the PC back to them for a year to fix any issue. I really feel like they spent a lot of time talking to me to answer my questions and help me understand the differences between all the available products. The PC works like a charm for the games I play. Other places I had checked before would just robotically follow my list and give me a take-it-or-leave-it quote just to make a quick sale and even sometimes offer free assembling, only replacing the components they didn’t have with the closest alternative they did have.
Here's a review you can use: --- I recently visited this computer store to address some heating issues with my machine and ended up purchasing new cabinets, coolers, and a power supply. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful, providing knowledgeable advice and prompt service. They upgraded my existing machine, and now the heating issues are completely resolved. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing computer parts or upgrades. Top-notch service and support!
I am very grateful to house of computers. They worked tirelessly to help me with my PC it had an issue that was hard to diagnose, and still got back to me within a day. They were fast and accommodating, and their service was top notch. Highly recommend for PC repairs in central London!
10/10 experience i came here looking for pc parts and left with a pc the staff was very helpful and patient and gave me a variety of choices to choose from and even stuck to my budget and even gave me a discount he took his time to change out the gpu and install a wifi card he even activated windows for me if i ever need anything pc related i know i will go to them
Visited 3 different electronic stores looking for an ergonomic mouse. The owner of this shop was very helpful and showed me all the options he had, he also gave me a good discount off the sticker price. If you are near tottenham court road and need some electronics come here and don’t waste time like me going to the curry’s up the road.
I just finished building my white gaming PC, and I have to give a huge shoutout to House of Computers. They made the whole process super smooth and enjoyable. I was a bit overwhelmed trying to pick out all the parts on my own, but their team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through each component, making sure I got the best performance and prices. Plus, while other sites had a lot of stuff out of stock, House of Computers had everything I needed. An awesome gaming PC that not only runs like a dream but looks amazing too. I got this awesome white Custom PC Desktop from these guys, and man, it's been smooth sailing from the get-go. Ordering was easy peasy with their website, and when it arrived, it was packed up super nicely. Setting it up was a breeze, and it's been running like a champ ever since. But what really blew me away was their customer service. They were on the ball from start to finish, helping me out whenever I needed it. Overall, I can't recommend these folks enough. Great products, great service. I'll definitely be back for more!
They built an amazing, powerful machine for me at a reasonable price compared to other places, and their staff is very friendly.
Great advice. Brought all the parts required, and same day turn around, have honest advice and picked up my upgraded gaming pc 3 hours later. Amazing feedback, will definitely be coming back here for future upgrades and builds.
Excellent and reliable service. I bought a Lenovo laptop, and the delivery was as fast as Amazon Prime next day with a better price. I've used House of Computers for a PC build before and will definitely use them again. They don't always appear in Google searches for tech gear, so it's worth including their name in your search to see their offerings.
