A huge bus and metrolink station right next to the Arndale Centre. Plenty of seating,a shop that is very expensive and toilets that cost 20p to use. Kept us informed when our MegaBus was delayed taking us home.
Charging for toilets is bad enough, but only one denomination of coin is taken, and no change is given. It's pretty barbaric.
Very very rude staff at bus stop. Disrespectful. Stay away from Megabus.
It seems to function efficiently, but a rather cold and uncomfortable place to arrive at or depart from. They also charge for using the toilets!! Not what you want after hours on a coach.
Great for travel. Not so much for snacks
This is where you can get your bee network cards. Just pay for a week or month

Bus station is modern and situated in a accessible location. Shop has a poor quality sandwiches. Worst part is they charge 20p for the use of the toilet facilities. Who carries 20p's!!! It is extremely inconvenient to get a 20p. Not caring for their customers at all by making life more difficult than it needs to be.
Middle aged "Gentleman" at information desk14/08 3:30pmwas very unfriendly and rude. I was confirming my bus/bus stop as it is the first time here and was not sure about where to go. It is a small station but I had not realised at that point where the lettersto show the bus stops were and He said "well there is only one letter G in the alphabet" and laughed. I apologised saying I didn't know where to go. All I asked was "right or left" and he was like "It is there" with an attitude, not even looking at me. I said"wow great customer service" He said a sarcastic "thanks" and I walked away to avoid confrontation. He then shouted at me asking what I meant by it. I told him I was being sarcastic, and He was being in fact "very unprofessional but thanks for the help" to which he replied "come back to talk about this" with a threatening attitude and called me rude for walking away.
