It's definitely a place to see, hear, smell, taste, and generally get a glimpse of all the cultures Manchester is a great and splendid mixing pot for. The giant concrete wall is always was and apparently always will be a waste of space in the middle of it for no apparent reason
It's lost it character for me I've been going to manch for over 45 years and to see what it's become now I hon heartbreaking it just full of junkies now which is a real shame because it was a beautiful part of out history now it just not the same anymore
One of the best place to hang on at the heart of the best city of the world. Plenty of shops, restaurants and banks just easy access, The best place to visit is the arendale shopping centre, especially the food halls. Another best place to visit is Quay Street just next to the Central library of the Manchester, transport, tram Station easy access, plenty of night clubs , and the VUE cinema
Lots of buses centrally located - lovely in the summer with the fountains. Nice that there's a tram stop nearby. Unfortunately it gets rather busy and people don't queue - meaning it can be frustrating.
Dirty, unwelcoming, way to many delivery people hanging about, not to mention the homeless beggars and drug dealers
Extremely busy Tram and Bus station, right slap bang in the center of Manchester. The Homelessness is endemic here, but don't let that put you off, Manchester is vibrant
Well maintained, Good bus connection but often very busy
Went there just to catch the Met home. It's a miserable dump and something Burnham should be ashamed of. The depressing concrete monstrosity should be removed or turned into something attractive; tiled not decorated with graffiti!
It's a large bus station, it's not covered though so you have to put up with the weather. It's right in the middle of Piccadilly though and surrounded by cafes and bars and shops. There's plenty of busses and a tram station as well. There's also an information kiosk which is definitely helpful.
Buses connection and metrolink are great but way how is maintained is a horrible. Dirty, always some problems, drunk people and homeless. Not clean at all and overall very disappointing a specially its in heart of mcr.
