Old style cinema with tons of space for parking tons of spaces. The screens are smaller than newer cinemas, seats are OK if a bit old. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any food but it looked like the typical food offered at cinemas. We went on a weekday in the morning and there were only two more people in the screening.
It's not bad some of the people can do your head in because they're always being two loud
Quite reasonabley priced. Seats nice and comfy. No cupholders though unless you upgrade to the vip seating.
Never to busy nice and relaxed old fashioned cinema. Good for younger kids .
Great if you don't like crowds never seems to be many people here. Little bit dated but friendly staff. Massive empty car park.
I really like the cinema - I know it's very aged and quiet. The guy in the front counter where you buy your tickets was lovely and friendly however when I went to go and get popcorn, I don't think the girls noticed me I know I'm only 5'1! but they were either chatting amongst themselves or chatting to their friends who had gone up to the counter. Until I asked, 'is anyone serving?' I don't think they noticed I was a customer wanting their service. I felt like I was intruding on their time. The only other disappointing experience whilst I was there were the toilets. The amount that hadn't been cleaned and we're blocked we're about half of them. Bearing in mind about half the staff on the food counter were just talking, I'm wondering if they could have used their time better by checking the toilets? Apart from that, I loved it!
I'm a regular here pretty much every week. I go alone, but the staff make me so welcome I just love the place. Certain times the cinema isn't busy and that's what I aim for. The seating in some of the screening rooms has been updated to larger seats with cup holders, but the cinema still maintains it's unique style and atmosphere. I recommend the cinema for staff, cleanliness and atmosphere.
My son won tickets to see sonic with a 02 competition and looked forward to it all week. We went and the cinema was clean and the staff were friendly. The film was great, but there were people talking all the way through the film. I didn't like to complain as I believed staff would walk in and notice this at some point. But it just carried on. I think the staff should carry out regular checks like they do in other cinemas to make sure there is limited noise. As I said the cinema was clean and the staff were inviting :
Great location and lovely classic feeling. The main entrance area is wide open and feels dedicated to an easy customer experience. The screen I went to was a little small, but the chairs were very comfy. No drinks holders though.
It is always really quiet, never queues for films, booking never necessary. Good student and concession pricing. Toilets are clean. Bit not much more exciting than that. Seating is old without drinks holders unless you pay for premium seating.
