rude staff and doctors. dont seem to understand patients. and poorly run. would avoid if moving into the area. used to be a great surgery. but has been rub down over the past few years.

The reception staff are so rude. Just asking a simple question puts them out of their way. They pretty much hang up on you to get you off the phone. It's a shame, as the doctors here are always helpful themselves.

I must counter the experience posted by the lady who felt let down enough to complain with one of life changing positivity. I had tough time a few years back and the surgery was nothing but professional and caring, I bounced back. Then due to routine checking of side effects of prescriptions the lady Doctor went further in her checking and identified minute blood in a sample. Within days I was scanned and a satsuma size tumour along with my adrenal gland were removed, thankfully benign due to early and swift action. Ever since follow up with various doctors and nurses is nothing but caring and professional. This is a surgery under immense pressure and I can only assume the lady has good reason to say what she has but I have a very different experience.
