The shop is fine. It has the same manager there, since I was a teenager. As myself and my family have used the  shoe zone for many years now.

I normally shop here and they are great but my recent experience has not been so great! because of the staff being at fault for some of the things, they were making it sound like it was my fault when they were the ones responsible, normally you would get a smile from them, but this time they were really harsh spoken and abrupt, like I did something to them. If you cannot do your job properly then don't come to work!! You cannot blame the customer when it's the workers that are to blame. Really not happy with the service provided this time, might just be using another branch from now on. Really spoilt my experience of shopping in store now.
