Local pub and was sent away Christmas Eve early evening because they wouldn't let children in. ages 8 and 11 Door staff/ bouncers Why would a pub have door staff in Emsworth? No pub in emsworth should need them unless it attracts the wrong type of people. If you want a nice pint and local, please avoid this place. There are much better pubs in Emsworth
We stop by here with the dogs on our walks. The food is always good. The welcome atmosphere is pleasant. They always say hello to the dogs. Table service was very fast. The seating in the garden was good and more seats available than last time i visited. Our dogs where rather noisy i hope it didn't put the other customers off too much.

A cozy, pet-friendly bar, with good food and lovely staff. They have a nice selection of draft beers which is a huge plus too.
Had to wait over half an hr for a roast that came out barely cooked and stone cold! £14 bit steep for emsworth. Wont be returning and not recommended!
Busy due to football being on. Food lovely and didn't wait long . Lovely atmosphere.
Not a bad place for a pint. Only really visit when the sport is on as it’s the only place in town that shows it which is a bonus. It’s your typical local pub and it serves a purpose.

Had a great evening here. the staff were so nice and friendly and all looked as if they loved working here. 70 music was playing and every one seemed to love it. visitors were nice and most important of all the real ale was good and at very reasonable prices, well done this pub.
