I was lucky to get an emergency appointment . Had a very bad tooth ache and no dentist was taking new patients. The staff are so lovely and pros on what they do. I had to have a tooth removed, the procedure was pain free and the Dentist was so reassuring through the whole process. . The whole experience was quick and smooth and now registered with them. It is great surgery.
My son age 13 needed to have 3 teeth removed in preparation for his braces that needs to be fitted early next year. He was very distressed as one of his school friends had some teeth removed and it was very painful and took days to recover so he was not looking forward to meeting the dentist. We managed to book a late Friday appointment thinking if he was in pain then better the weekend where we can keep an eye on him at home. We arrived early and it was easy to find a free parking space right outside the building. When we arrived in the reception we where greeted and told we would be seen shortly. Reception was nice and clean. When we where called in we meet Sunil and his assistant, both very professional, with a friendly smile and they quickly got my son to relax and get comfortable by explaining what would happen and answer all the questions my son had. After a couple of injections, the process was over very quickly and we had an explanation about what to expect and the after care note along with additional cotton balls for the trip home. All in all a great experience from booking the appointment till after the job was concluded. The plan was to relax all saturday but due to the expert extractions, my son was ready to go to a birthday party Saturday afternoon. The service and experience went far beyond anything we were expecting. Happy to recommend Shinfield Road Dental + Implants for all your dental needs.
Our experience can only been described as amazing. We needed an emergency appointment, they squeezed us into the diary. The dentist was outstanding and very supportive with our aftercare. Surgery has been organised after his direct referral to a surgeon. Highly recommended.
Fantastic amazing care of patients. Fixed a crown and has done two wisdom teeth extractions with no pain. He is an amazing doctor who takes care of his patients with so much patience. Recommend this dental surgery. Fantastic!!!
I found Dr Sunil to be very professional an excellent dentist and he was genuinely empathic, kind and caring. As an extremely anxious patient when I arrived I was fearful about the procedure and the sedation but he soon put me at ease,was very reassuring and I felt as if I was in safe hands. Thank you to you and your team Sunil I wish I had found this practice years ago!
I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough. They really made me feel super comfortable from reception to the chair, everyone was absolutely lovely. Place is clean and professional, ample parking, too. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Visited yesterday 22-12-22 as an Emergency patient suffering from terrible toothache. The level of service was absolutely fantastic, the receptionist was polite,informative and cheerful ,the dentist and technician were great and took the time to talk through the options in a informative and caring way .10/10
I have been sufferwith my teeth for a long time due to health problems and about 2 years ago I registered with this practice. The dental LOUIS & his assistant HUMIRA have completely understood my situation and have helped my over the past couple of years get my mouth and teeth back to a fut state! They have so uch compassion when it cones to a patient and not your normal scary dentist experience!! He’s advice is second to none and with every visit I have had with LUIS AND HUMIRA has been smooth and relaxing, my teeth problems are not straight forward by any means and both of their professionalism is unbelievable! I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough. I would honestly trust these people with my life!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS JS
Friendly staff and skilled Dentists It’s a busy Dental Surgery and the Dentists have a high work ethic to accommodate as many appointments as possible so if you make a 4pm onwards appointment don’t be surprised to be waiting awhile. At the end of the day at least your being seen which nowadays can be a challenge at Dentists
Great Dentist and awesome staff. My tooth was vertically cracked and Dr Sunil treated me very well. He took utmost care while removing tooth and explained me everything what options are. After extraction i felt bit dizzy but he and other staff immediately took care made me comfortable. Really I would recommend this practice.
