From the ladies at the front desk to Joanna and Marina consulting and carrying out the root canal, the service and care has been absolutely amazing and served always with a smile. I am a nervous person when it comes to the dentist and avoided it for almost a decade out of fear, but never again will I need to worry. I now feel confident about returning to the dentist for my upcoming Crown treatment and then on after, I will be returning for check ups/hygiene. Additionally, to receive a follow up call the next morning by Anna was very thoughtful. I am very grateful for this and I can’t thank the entire team at Reading Smiles for my experience with you guys. Highly recommend!
I went to Reading Smiles for help straightening my teeth - something that had been bothering me for years. I chose Invisalign braces and am so pleased I did. On every appointment the team were so professional, helpful and friendly, often picking up on conversations we'd had at previous appointments. The practice is welcoming and spotless, and dental care always first class. They offer a brilliant and competitive treatment package and will continue treatment until your smile is perfect with no hidden costs or extras. I can't recommend Reading Smiles highly enough! I couldn’t recommend Reading Smiles any more! Their customer service & care for patient is just 5 stars. The transformation of my teeth is amazing! I was coming to the end of my treatment and stated I felt there was still some changes I would like and they fully accommodated this without any addition cost! Would 100% advise other people to go here.
The whole team at Reading Smiles were always very polite and welcoming, right from the off to nearly 3 years later when I finally finished my Invisalign treatment. The difference to my smile has been amazing and the patience from the team was very welcome, as I really didn't want to finish until everything was as good as we could get it. I felt they shared the same goal as me and wouldn't stop until we met it. I can highly recommend them due to their clear, honest, and high standard of care. Thank you so much to Dr. Nathwani and the Reading Smiles Team, I honestly haven't stop smiling since.
I can’t honestly praise this clinic enough and the talent that is Dr Bikram! For someone who doesn’t like, and fears dentists, the whole journey from consultation to final reveal has been flawless. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and the results are amazing! Highly recommend and grateful I have found a clinic that actually cares.
As a previously nervous patient, Reading Smiles have changed my outlook on dental work and going to the dentist. From the get go all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful plus the environment itself is calming yet professional! I've just completed a 6-month Invisalign Lite course with Dr Pritesh Patel at Reading Smiles. He's a great dentist and was always really friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I was also quite happy with the pricing of the course, especially given it included whitening. I did have an issue with my appointments being rescheduled but after informing Daniela, the practice manager, this was quickly resolved and she clearly explained how these issues would be prevented in future. Overall, great experience.
Reading Smiles are fantastic at what they do. They are so professional and friendly. I had the best experience get my teeth straightened with Invisalign and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a brilliant straight smile!
Have just finished my course of whitening, and cannot recommend this dental facility more! Nigel was a delight constantly, giving insight, knowledge and humour, and having a boundless amount of energy, never wavering regardless of the appointment time! So glad of the result, and how it's been handled throughout!!
Absolutely delighted with my new smile! After having invisalign for less than a year & cosmetic bonding , I’m so happy with the results & wish I had done it sooner. I couldn’t recommend Reading Smiles enough. Dr Hanel discussed all my options at the beginning and Lauren was so great and lovely throughout my Invisalign treatment, then with the brilliant Dr Bikram giving me the best smile I could of wished for whilst making my teeth look natural. All staff were so friendly, thank you Reading Smiles!
