The dentists are good but every time I have to wait ATLEAST 30 minutes to be seen. And once I got late late 11 minutes they refused to see me.

Really uncomfortable place, basically a show room for private clients where if you're NHS they brush you to the side, offer minimal help and try to sell you bigger treatments and cosmetic plans.

Absolutely will not recommend. 

The dentist that treated me is fairly new to the practice and after a rather routine treatment my molar became extremely infected. 

The practice was closed so I ended up at the walk in centre, spoke with 111 a couple of times and even the emergency room as the infection spread by the hour. They all pointed me to the dental practice that did this so I showed up next morning.

They refused to offer me treatment for THEIR OWN COCK-UP unless I paid them 60£ to look at it and even more to actually treat it. I found it unacceptable and I said I want to talk to the dentist, because the infection is spreading by the hour and she refused to see me in spite of having waited there quite a long time.

The funny thing is, she would have had time to see me had I paid 60£.

I've been seeing Dr Rajan Sharma (the guy on the front page of the website) for about 3 years now.  He's friendly, sensitive to nervous patients and very, very good at what he does.  He is trained as a cosmetic dentist and it shows, the treatments I've had have always been excellent.  My wife and kids see Dr Spanaki (I'm sure that's her name) and have similar comments about her work.  I thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

To be avoided. My girlfriend has gotten a really bad dental abscess after having dental work done at the clinic, having half her face severely swollen because of the infection. When we went there on a Saturday, not only were they completely adamant about not offering any treatment, but the dentist also completely refused to speak to us.
