Extremely poor service. The receptionist called Rebecca is so rude and unhelpful. I registered with the practise last year February and when I called them  for an appointment now, they say that I am not on their system. I sent an email to the practise manager with no response. I called to let them know that there was no response to the email. She insists on saying there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the practise manager and they just left me on the phone to hold. Her mannerism was so disrespectful.

We have to cancel the appointment as one of our family member same household is diagnosed with covid; as per govt guidelines.  Rather than being sensitive to the situation the call attendant was rude and bang the phone.  Really disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the call attendant.

Excellent treatment received today. Both dentist and hygienist put me at my ease, explained everything clearly and continually checked I was OK. Receptionist and assistant very pleasant too. Will continue to recommend this practice.

Was very happy with a service for more than 3 years until our dentist moved to another clinic. For ridiculous reason that prevents patients to know where their dentist moved to we were not able to follow. Then our issues started as work that our dentist started couldn’t be finished. Middle of March ‘20 Covid 19 lockdown rumours started and clinic decided without any warning to lock their doors even though we had a booked appointment that Saturday and not let their patients know what is happening. There were two of us patients in front of the clinic wandering what is happening. After one hour of waiting in the rain outside I managed to get through to one of the dentists directly who informed us how office forgot to let us know our appointments were cancelled?!?  This clinic had an amazing dentist Natasha but since her departure we couldn’t progress with the rest of them as they have demonstrated very poor quality of service we did try :  and also poor patients care. Can not recommend.

Very bad service I had a temporary filling  root canalput in over 24 months ago and on the day I have a appointment which I wait months for they cancel it last time it was the nurse has a emergency operation in turkey or something today after waiting months with pain they make another excuse and give me another appointment 5 weeks down it’s poor service I’ve got an infection as a result of them keep cancelling the  appointment and every time u call them to explain your issues the are rude af! I will be escalating this issue as it has caused me a infection due to there negligence and poor standard of service NOT HAPPY they never reply to email or phone calls I have reported them to the parliamentary and health service ombudsman and the care quality commission and all in contact with a dental law firm

I have received great service from this practice. I required complex dentistry and Dr Dharmi and all staff at the practice treated me very well. They have been considerate and patient as I was very nervous and offered brilliant financial plans. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Abhorrent place My partner has been deregistered, no contact whatsoever, despite having an appointment last year. Rude, unprofessional secretary who would not let me speak and refused to allow me to speak to a practice manager. She also refused to give me a contact email for them. Now can't get my partner registered anywhere. Completely negligent.

Stay away from this fraud practice. First made me wait for 3 months to sign up. Then when I need the practice urgently due to a painful cavity they tell me they cant make an appointment for me as they are prioritising patients they have seen before. So basically discriminating new patients with urgent need and who they had signed up without informing about this absurd policy. On top of that a highly rude front office attendant. Save yourself some effort and pain and look somewhere else. Ash

Went for check up after pregnancy. Next Appointment  3 feelings she done within 10 minutes. No X-ray taken even I told dentist that I am in pain. She told me I don’t need to come back for next 6 months. Went back home in so much pain. I thought it will go away after couple of days but pain was worse then ever. I did try to call back  to book emergency appointment but no luck. Managed to book emergency appointment with another surgery. X-ray done straight away even they been so busy. Found massive infection, started root canal treatment, given antibiotics. He said that it needs to be dealt very quickly and I should book emergency appointment next day as infection has to be cleared away. Next day I was keep on calling ,no one picked up. Was keep on calling again just to hear to emergencycalled at 9am  Explained what has happened they didn’t care. Called again on Monday one day after from 9a.m no response called 22 times until 10 a.m finally very rude receptionist picked up phone who was clearly not happy with her life. Explained what happened and that I really need emergency appointment she was being very rude and said there is no emergency appointments. She was shouting and being very rude. I gave up. Called another surgery on Oxford road where I was registered before and emergency appointment was given straight away. X rays done and treatment started without any problem. I would not recommend to anyone and I won’t ever go back there again. And if you are nhs patient they treat you like piece of rubbish! Dentist was also reapiting herself that if I would do private I would pay this much so I should be happy!!! People stay away. I am sure I am not the first one and not the last one to complain!

Friendly, personalised and attentive service.  Yes, appointments overrunning can mean your appointment is a little late, but that’s the nature medical checks from finding more than you expected.  The medical staff, both the clinical assistants and the dentists have proven to be very thorough and competent.
