I had thought about going overseas for a cheaper implant but I’m so glad I didn’t. I decided to splash out the extra cash for the reassurance of Dr Dhami’s measured, ‘safety first’ approach. He gives you a three-month bedding-in period to properly secure the implant – you can’t get that on a dental holiday. The treatment itself wasn’t nearly as invasive as I’d feared. The most painful part of the procedure was the painkiller injection. I’m really, really pleased with my implant and wouldn’t hesitate to visit Dr Dhami again, should I ever need another implant. I’d now never even consider opting for a cheap ‘same day’ procedure.

Quite disappointed with this surgery. No wait time which is good but was only in there for 5 minutes. More interested in trying to encourage me to pay for private treatment. If I want private, I know places with much better service.

Doctor Muhammad is brilliant with me and my children very straight to the point but reassuring at the same time. Unfortunately saw a different dentist in the surgery as an emergency and ended up in pain for months and being referred to a specialist at reading borough hospital. Won't be returning which is a shame.

So I am someone who is very anxious and absolutely try to avoid going to the dentist. There comes a point though we're it's absolutely necessary to go to the dentist. So I left my previous dentist as my experience there was very unpleasant when my dentist left. I came here as a recommendation from my mother-in-law. My first day here was excellent. My dentist Imran was very patient, and was happy to answer all my questions. His assistant babs was very gentle and considerate too. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the procedures that were going to take place in the near future. He was able to see how anxious I was being there, and at every step reassured me. When it was time for my procedures, he was very patient and explained everything that he was going to do which lowered my anxiety. So far my experiences have been very pleasant. My husband accompanied me to one of the procedures and was impressed with how patient and good he was with explaining everything. Thank you both for making it a pleasant experience.

I was not particularly happy with my experience at Puresmile. One positive was that for my first appointment, I only had a 5 minute wait and the dentist was quite kind. However, I was only given a very brief checkup without cleaning, paying the full amount for less than 5 minutes worth of time. They advised me on flossing. I don't feel like I got anything out of the visit. I had to wait about 45 minutes when I went in for my second appointment as they were off quite off schedule. This time, I got a cleaning and it was also much shorter than any other dentist I've ever been to. I was in there for approximately 5 minutes, give or take. It was also very painful, which I've never experienced at a dentist before. They said it was a deep cleaning, but again, I've never had a deep cleaning that was only 5 minutes. They charged me about £34 for that short time. Despite their friendliness, I don't intend on returning because that does not make up for the quality of service for the money that it costs.
