Absolute disgrace! What a shambles trying to get an appointment. When you call the practice your first challenge is to get past the completely disinterested and unhelpful receptionist, who has the standard pre-programmed reply "All our appointments are booked up for the next 2 weeks".....so when you try to book an appointment for after 2 weeks, just to try to see a doctor you get the response "our system doesn't work like that, you'll have to try to call back tomorrow to get an appointment on the day or wait until 2 weeks and try to get another appointment". How the he'll can you run a medical practise like this......patient care???? Don't make me laugh! !!

Very happy with this practice. Can usually get an appointment quite quickly either at shifnal or priorslee. Dr Q is fantastic.
