Vehicle was purchased with an air conditioning issue which I was told was repaired before collection of the vehicle. Unfortunately this took five attempts to diagnosis and repair causing myself to have to go back and forth to the dealership swapping cars and being made late for work. Reception staff tried there best. Overall communication wasn't brilliant and the so called call centre is just a complete waste of time. Although the repair seems to have been carried out ok. Presentation of the vehicle upon return wasn't great either. Vehicle had the dash board removed. Windscreen and various dash panels with dirty with finger marks everywhere and the outer of the vehicle was about 50% washed.  Overall disappointed with the service despite a couple of positives.

I have just helped my mother in law buy car online and we dealt with Richard, it has been a great experience overall, there were a couple of minor issues with delivery but they were dealt with promptly and fairly. Thanks for your help

Went to buy car with mother in law. Alex Higgins was guy who sold car to us. He couldn't of been any more pleasant. Really nice chap and didn't feel like he was a salesman. Well done

Recently purchased a new car my sixth from them. As usual with any dealer they were reluctant to meet my price, but we eventually came to a deal. The service was as good as ever and attentive. They did what they promised they would do and communicated well at each stage. There was no pressure sales and I am very happy.

Staff here are absolutely amazing, I'm a paranoid lady with little knowledge of cars, used to bangers and a mechanic mate who sorts them out. Finally took the plunge and went for a decent car a year ago, no issues with the car, got windscreen wipers sorted under warranty which they reminded me I had they were being "extra" and needed tightening up and their coffee isn't all bad for machine coffee! Highly recommended.  One bad thing and it's vauxhall itself not this dealership I've been plagued with reminders about my service, select a single option for marketing.

Dealing with Sherwoods was an absolute pleasure, the buying process was explained and made very simple nothing was a hassle. I got a quick finance decision and even a cuppa. when i came to pick up my car it was immaculate and a very polite salesman  Danny explained everything to me. I've since had dealings with the after sales department they where as easy to deal with and again nothing was a problem very impressed. hope to see you all again when I'm due an upgrade thanks guys!!!

I had to take my car to Sherwoods to investigate problems caused by work done by another garage for an MOT.  Sherwoods staff gave an amazing level of service that far exceeded my expectations, thankfully they were able to identify and fix the problem to make my car safe to drive.  I only wish I had taken my car to them in the first place.  Highly recommended, 10/10 for customer service.

Fantastic experience buying a car through this dealership. If you want a new car go and speak to Andy. We got a 2018 car for a great price.  We would highly recommend this dealership
