Very friendly but not very efficient sadly. I have been in 5 times to get details on a car I was wanting to buy and they never get back you. when you go to their showroom they are excellent and keen to help but they never follow up or get back to you so in the end I had to go to another garage, which is a shame cos I prefer to buy local. So if your prepared to do the leg work and keep going in, then your on a winner with good service, if you want them to get back to you, then this is not the place for you.
Good team in the repair department. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Would have ticked loved it, but the drivers side of the car hadn't been hoovered out after. I wouldn't normally mention anything, but you said on the work ticket that it had been done!!?
The helpfulness of the car dealers at RMB Ford is spot on. Fantastic and well deserving of 5 stars. And yes i am looking forward to getting my new car, so cannot wait. Thank you Graham Matthews.
Taken used car back with faults at least 15 times in first year. Had to write complaint letters to get work done within warranty. Faults returned that were supposed to be fixed within warranty. No good will. Very poor customer services.
worst service you will ever receive is from RMB ford Northallerton. I will certainly not buy another car from them. I am glad I am not the only one that thinks this of the company. please be advised and don't suffer like the rest buy else where with a better reputation. this place is giving ford a bad name.
On going issues , not given spare key , 3 months later still not got one. Customer service is appaualing, not helpful what so ever . Been ignored. Went to a garage to avoid this, it's supposed to be ford , supposedly reliable??
Only ever used parts department as im a mechanic by trade and do my own vehicles. Never had an issue with staff. Always get parts on dates and times promised. Recommended to anyone :

Travelled from Glasgow to buy a car and totally worth it. Graeme was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely use again.
Dreadful not helpful! No customer care never buy a car from this dealership. Mangagers need to go on training to be helpful as I see I'm not the only one with this problem
