Northallerton Service Centre has been established for over 10 years. Our aim is to offer a main dealer experience but at a very competitive price. We are situated on Standard way business park, across the road from the popular CB Furnishings. We have a friendly close knit team of 5 including 3 long serving experienced technicians. We offer full service, MOT and repair facilities to all makes and models.

Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff.
Bought a vehicle from this garage. Service was quick and easy. It said in the service book that it had a service, oil/ oil filter / air filter that they completed onsite. However, I never seem to believe dealerships on that and do the service myself. This is a prime example of why to not trust them when they say its been done. The oil filter looked like it hasn't been touched for ages it was horrendous. The airfilter was pure black also. I've never come across a vehicle that was this bad....it was defiantly not done the month or two that they stated it was done. My advise is if you buy from this dealership and care about the maintenance of the vehicle then ask for proof of the service conducted.
Always great, if there's a problem they always support with a solution. The Mechanics are brilliant and Lou on the desk is super helpful

Would give ten stars if optoin for this updated review. Still a great place to get yearly MOT and service without breaking the bank due to rising costs or any other work done. Ive been using the same garage now for last 15+years without any concerns as I know they are reliable, honest and friendly. Having trust is important for me, and the garage will explain in detail what is needed, simple straight honest advice, not to technical compared to other garages who cannot expkain when asked what it means. My partner wasn't sure when collecting the car one year and the owner explained in detail the items listed on the bill, and he even showed her the bits he was talking about and answer her questions. Only garage is is prepared to go to and even tells her friends about her experience. They won't go behind your back and do work without your permission or over charge you for items that you wont need. Noticed today that you can now get your car valeted and paint treated and polished to a mirror finish.
Have used this service centre recently. Really lovely and friendly receptionist and mechanics. Prices are fare for the jobs they do. Will definitely be coming back again.Service: Auto maintenance
