Had a great experience working with Sam & the team! He’s a dedicated and hardworking agent. All my issues were addressed swiftly and professionally.

WARNING TO LANDLORDS & TENANTS:  DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.    They took my tenants deposit & rent and did not forward to me.  I have taken legal action against CHARLIE, NILI & SANDRA.  They are not regulated and should not be trading.  They have taken lots of rent / deposits and have not returned them & have kept them.  I have met many other landlords & tenants who have been scammed by these THIEVES and are also taking legal action.    Sherlock  are not registered with any legal bodies as they have been kicked out & are trading illegally.   I don’t know how they sleep at night.     The 5* reviews are fake & are written by their family members.     The 1* reviews are accurate.   speak with any of the local agents, they all know about this CROOK agent.     KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.   WHAT ARE SHERLOCK ARE DOING  WITH ALL THIS STOLEN MONEY ?? …

Absolutely shocking! They have stolen my rent and not registered my tenants deposit into a tenancy deposit scheme! Do not trust them whether you are a landlord or tenant! I am still waiting for the upfront rent my tenants paid to them almost 6 months ago! You’re much better off paying slightly  more commission and actually getting your rent ! I wish I never used them - it would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

This estate agent is a complete scam. They have been expelled by the Property Redress Scheme as we have made a complaint about them when they have collected the tenant’s rent and didn’t pay us. We still haven’t got our money back after 9 months. They took the tenant’s deposit as well and didn’t register after 6 months which is completely illegal. We requested the deposit to be transferred to the tenancy deposit scheme which they completely ignored and they currently hold the deposit in their own bank account which we know means we will never see that money back either. It’s a shady company and they will tell you all sort of lies just to get your money. They are trading illegally without being a member of one of the authorised consumer redress scheme. Absolutely do not trust this estate agent.

I am very happy with Sherlock Estate Agents they are great people and very fast work. I rent a house in a few days! Thank you! Special for Lady Nili she it's very sweet and  professional .

Sherlock estate agency gives me satisfaction of my dream house and it's a trust worthy agency, I must say this company gave me good and beautiful property, specially miss Nilli she is so supportive and good agent .

The most irresponsible agency I've ever had to deal with. I do not recommend it to anyone. All your requirements as the tenant will be ignored. Living in the renting flat via this agency we have so many issues like electricity, a dirty flat as it was not cleaned properly for our move, the big trash van is near our rented home it's after previous tenants refreshing which is almost for 2 months which becomes more and more every day by other neighbors trash, and all the tries to reach the agency for solving issues like you send messages to the moon. So if you have iron nerves you may deal with them otherwise it's a waste of money and time.

They took 2 month rent upfront and never transferred to the LandLord And also never Knew what they did to my Deposit I paid to them and when ever you called them they never answer your questions the thing only they do is to ask you email “HeadOffice”. No one SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY . And this they have done to LandLord and Tenants
