One of the food choice was the mixed kebab for 4 people to share, it was very much ordinary n thankfully not much of it, in the meal for 4 was just one shish kebab how do we share that, the rice was dry, the chicken chat was cold n gloopy, nah would only say the poppadoms n pickle dips were okay, but ive had much fresher hotter n better poppadoms,it's no wonder it's not to be mistaken or related with the takeaway next door, I believe theirs is a much better example of good food from an Indian kitchen. I don't know why I let people talk me into eating indian food anywhere different to Mr St Helens, the best Curry House again !!
Absolutely the best Indian takeaway you can ever get! The food is incredible, service is wonderful and Naz and the team know everyone by name and treat you impeccably! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE! Simply the best! 5 stars Food: 5/5
Ordered at 5.20pm on the app for request for 7.30pm phoned up at 7.50pm to ask where my food was the person on the phone wasnt very professional and said its on its way we're busy and put the phone down on me, they then rang back 5 minutes later to try and tell me i only ordered at 7.20pm. The food finally turned up at 8.15pm with one of the shop staff bringing it not one of the driver and just said sorry there was a mix up. I understand its fathers day and england game was on but if you order food over 2hrs in advance and ask for a request time you expect it to come at that time.
The restaurant is not accommodating for large groups. The food was excellent, and the service was satisfactory during the meal, although the main courses took a bit too long to arrive. The issue arose when it was time to pay the bill. Despite informing the staff beforehand that our group of 15 would be paying separately, the manager insisted on providing a single bill for us to sort out amongst ourselves. This is challenging when some are paying by card, and it's not practical to expect customers to carry change. The correct approach would have been to allow each person to pay for their own order. Although they eventually permitted this, the hassle significantly detracted from the overall experience. It seems the staff are not focused on customer support. I recall a similar situation last year when an additional fee was charged for card payments. I had hoped for an improved experience this year, but it appears a different choice will be necessary in the future.
Tried first time the rest of food was bit satisfactory but their burger was so tasteless and dry using frozen tasteless patties with no sauces and a-lot of salad like they are not getting paid for it. Not recommended at all Food: 1/5

This is one of my worst visited restaurant in st. Helen’s. We went into the restaurant it was freaking freezing.one man threw the menu on the table. The man who was taking our order was very rude and impolite. He was treating us as if we have come here for free food. He was serving hate on the table. We didn’t had anything and just left. We promised ourselves we ll never ever come back here again. It was a very bad experience.
Chicken jalfezi was more like a vindaloo,always order the set meal for 2 and never had a problem, Vegetarian options: I have never had a veggie meal

Had it delivered. Came on time and though they did leave a kebab out they were very apologetic and sent extra food with second delivery to say sorry. Mixed kebab was delicious, huge, and the chips are chip shop quality. All in all very satisfied
