I have something to compare .. so the Hilton is the best hotel in Ireland. friendly and helpful staff. wonderful and varied cuisine. all at the highest level. wonderful receptionists. girls are just beautiful. Phillip - I just love it. manager, managers are amazing people. everything is provided in the hotel for your best rest. I recommend Hilton to everyone. This is the best thing in your life
Very nice hotel. Rooms had TV, plenty of space and a bath tub. Excellent swim, sauna and jacuzzi facilities as well as a gym. Abit further out than the city centre around 20-30 mins walk or bus but very well connected roads and public transport. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
This Hilton is a bit like Ryanair, except the hotel’s staff is better. While being one of the cheapest options I could find in Dublin for a New Year, it compromises on many things. - no bathrobes, slippers, free water, kits with ear sticks, shower caps etc. - Air conditioning is either some kind of shared for the building and it works terribly, or the remote control is fake. It just wasn't working in our case. My 9mo son was feeling cold all the time, especially at night. - swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi aren't managed by Hilton and are a fitness centre to which you have access. Remember you don't have slippers and bathrobes. Now you need to buy and wear! swimming caps for the pool, you need to buy physical locks to secure your belongings. You need to book time. The swimming pool area is neither for swimmingthe shape and size aren't suitable nor for relaxationit's cold inside and no place to lie down. even the fact that we already paid for it did not persuade us to visit it another time... But the staff is very nice and friendly: Except for cleaners. They don't even speak English. And when they interrupt you speaking argue with you instead of leaving...
Good location, good quality hotel with clean rooms and a hearty breakfast. Spa area very nice and friendly staff. Overall very happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Stayed here with my dog for a night. Rooms are big staff are friendly and you get a welcome bag for your dog. The patriots pub across the road allows dogs inside. It is s good option as you can only eat outside with your dog at the hilton.Rooms: 5/5
I like this hotel. Have stayed here on business trips a few times. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are fantastic and food is nice. I did use the gym and it's way to small and cramped cause they have squashed loads of equipment into a small space but this would not stop me from staying here again.Rooms: 4/5
What can I say. Nice, spacious room. Clean, with a big really big double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle in addition to the standard bath. Air conditioning. Great restaurant with a good bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can use the pool or rather the water therapy and the gym. Staff very cool, especially the gentleman with the moustache and the lady from the restaurant. Food good unfortunately the kitchen was being renovated, so breakfast was served from a cold plate buffet. Price adequate to stay. Zbigniew Juszczak and Albert Buchta
room was lovely, swimming pool was great. Staff on reception were the worst I have encountered. Seriously rude. Lots of sighing at the slightest request. Staff in the restaurant were also slow and had to ask for drinks 3 times and the bill twice before giving up and going up to the till to ask for it. Shame becasue the hotel was beautiful but wont be back.
Local. Visited for a drink. Friendly service. Pleasant surroundings. Will return. Bar though busy no problems ordering. Nice atmosphereService: 4/5
Fillippe sorry hope I got your name right was amazing. He and his colleague made us feel so welcome. We were travelling with a four year old and it was her first hotel stay. They made it so special. Location was amazing, beautiful views and really close to the LUAS into the city. The hotel is also very close to my favourite restaurant the Anglers Rest in Strawberry Beds. One only downside was we were unable to get many channels on the tv, but our 4 year old loved being introduced to Who wants to be a Millionaire.
