This place was so lovely. My room was fantastic and the people were really helpful and punctual. I was able to get a cab right on the dot.nnThe breakfast layout was impressive. I had no problem finding food for my kids, who can sometimes be finicky about what to eat.nnIn terms of location, you're right across the modern art and Kilmainham museums, which is awesome. The architecture alone is lovely. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back.
We stayed a night in this hotel, everything was lovely. Staffs in the hotel restaurant were super kind and helpful and the food was amazing. Breakfast was also really nice selections and we really enjoy it.nnCheck in was at 4pm which was surprising as normally it’s at 3pm or sometimes certain hotel lets you in early, so we were a bit caught out with that. The lady at the front desk in the morning before 3:30pm could do with a bit of “smile” training.nnThe room itself was spacious, clean and nice. However, I would appreciate some of the usual expected amenities in the bathroom such as shower cap, cotton buds, combs, toothbrush, especially for the price we paid and for “Hilton” hotel.nnOverall lovely hotel and we enjoyed our short stay..
The front desk staff at this hotel are incredible! They are so knowledgable, helpful, and make you feel personally known during your stay. Specifically, Paola was so kind, securing an early check-in room when she found out I was not feeling well and asking how I was feeling the next time I saw her.nnIt is very easy to bus from the hotel to the heart of Dublin. I always had multiple bus options to easily walk to from the hotel. The proximity to Phoenix Park was great - such a beautiful park to walk or run!
Dublin's best spot for a cozy family gathering! We chose this place for my wife’s graduation party, and it was absolutely the right decision. The staff arranged everything flawlessly as per our request, and the service was top-notch. The food was Phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was just right, adding to our enjoyment of the day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Excellent stay! Lovely room, and right opposite the Gaol which was perfect for us. Fillipe on the front desk was fantastic, so helpful and even had a little box of chocolates put in my room for my birthday. He is a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
