Classic Irish pub hidden away on a Camden backstreet actually equidistant between a Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations, including a small semi-sheltered beer garden at the back. The walls and ceiling are adorned with numerous sport shirts and there are plenty of big screens. It’s usually pretty quiet, unless there is a major horse race, when the pub seems to come alive. If you found my review helpful please leave a quick thumbs up Thank you!
Traditional Irish pub in Camden, a few minutes’ walk from Mornington Crescent tube station but slightly off the beaten track. Full of sports memorabilia, with many TV screens for watching sport. Definitely a locals’ pub but friendly to non-locals also. Great pint of Guinness, as others have mentioned.
Hard to find a better Guinness… Food is good and there are a selection of screens to watch the sport.
Bloody great pub!!! Nice pint of Guinness, cheap doubles. Good range of beers. Great decor. Fantastic staff!! Can get busy when popular football is on but there are lots of TV's to watch it on in each room. Wish I could give 6 stars but Google only lets me give 5.
One of the best pints of Guinness in London. A proper local feel about it with several TVs to watch sport.Recommended dishesPint of Guinness
Aoife was brilliant tonight. I had a nosebleed during a quiz and she was amazing, helped me out massively and made sure nothing was an issue. Pints were good too but the staff are incredible. I’ll be back if just to console myself as a result of my quiz loss.
Irish pub serving excellent Guinness. Good place to watch the rugby. Big screens. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff and clientele. Has a garden with heaters too.Service: 5/5
Great place to watch the Celtic games. We live in SE London, but try to get there for important games. Nice landlord. Made space for my partner a few weeks ago when he turned up and the place was chockablock .Think you can reserve a table, must remember to do this next time.
A true pub with some of the best guiness London has to offer. They do have a terrace for smokers which my mates appreciated. Only downside is that it can be supercrowded at peak times... to be expected when you find a gem like this.Service: 5/5
Came here once to watch the football, and I've been back 3 times since, friendly staff, and very efficient service, the food is great, the fish and chips are amazing, and you obviously get a great pint of Guinness in here, reasonably priced as well, great pub and will definitely come back again. Here's an extra Food: 5/5
