I was advised by Ben and had one of the best experiences, if not the best, across all agents I worked with throughout my search. He gave me a very precise overview of all areas, explaining exactly what could be a good fit for my needs. He never needed to be reminded of my requirements while he somehow still managed to think outside the box and propose great options with a long-term view. He was super flexible and efficient, ringing me right when suitable properties were listed and scheduled viewings within hours. He was super professional, very clear in communication, extremely polite, never imposed any unnecessary pressure and was absolutely delightful to work with. I highly recommend working with him, as he is clearly focused on finding properties that not only tick all boxes but really get one excited to move!
I've only just moved to London from New York a month ago - and connecting with Ben has made my flat search so efficient and delightful. He had all my details from the database and called regarding a neighborhood that wasn't entirely on my radar or search. Showed me 2 flats that were spot on with exactly what I was looking for. Isobel Gipps was so helpful! She was one of the few agents I met in West London where I did not need to keep reminder her of my requirements size/ budget/ length of tenancy. She was also always very polite and flexible whenever I needed to move my viewings. Sadly we could not find a flat that could fill my requirements, but this was mostly from our side, as the deal we currently have is so good. Isobel was also great at giving tips for making offers. Will most certainly come back again next year for another try

Within days, I was settling into a wonderful apartment with a fantastic location—all thanks to Harry's expertise and efficiency. He's incredibly clear in his explanations and never imposes unnecessary pressure. I highly recommend turning to him if you're in search of a tailored apartment. He's truly a master at what he does.
Our experience with Dexters and namely Ben was truly great and secured us our dream flat in Kensington. Ben was warm, prompt, and transparent from our initial viewing and kept me updated as the situation transpired at all points. He negotiated on our behalf and got us a great deal with the landlords and we felt very much that we could trust him/he had our best interest in mind. Once the process was complete, Ben worked quickly also with Ellie! to help us make our move-in as convenient as possible and hand-off the keys. He has since checked in on us and has fostered a really good working relationship us.

He understood exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me the perfect flat. Thanks to Ben's dedication, I'm now happily settled in my new place. I had a very positive experience with this firm. The whole team were super helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of finding a flat and seeing through the deal. Ben, in particular, was brilliant. He reached out to me saying he found a flat he thought I might like. I went to see it on the day and it was perfect! He really listened to what I wanted and supported me in my decision making. He was truly fantastic and I cannot recommend him and the Dexters Kensington team enough! I did not expect to find a place so easily, with the given rental market in London... I'm so grateful to Ben & team for making this daunting process a very exciting, seamless and enjoyable experience!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience of renting my flat through Ellie. She is really friendly, helpful, provides regular updates and is a pleasure to work with. She got two asking rent offers within days and completed the rental process very quickly. I can't recommend her highly enough!
