This place is a lifeline for veterans of the armed forces and police. It really is the place to go if you are struggling or feeling helpless or just want to go and have a coffee and a chat with people who are of a similar background. " FirstLight Trust " is not one of those places that have nothing but empty promises, they take action there and then. They understand that for sadly, a lot of people, a delay in making a decision probably means another night under the stars or a day without food. They are here for you
Love Sharpe's. Supports veterans and all this for a song. Great place to come for a lovely coffee or tea and a homemade cake. Delicious!
A very nice place excellent coffee. Good snacks. Very pleasant and helpful staff. This cafe is run by volunteers in support of a veterans charity. Has a lot of force's memorabilia some for sale also military books fiction and nonfiction. Disabled and child friendly.

This cafe is run by Sharpes charity supporting ex service personnel. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and people from all walks of life mix and chat here. The menu is not extensive but it's freshly prepared daily and reasonably priced.
Very good cafe reasonable prices,more people need to know this veterans cafe and charity is here.
Always friendly staff and patrons in this veterans café, tea, coffee, scones and cakes all really nice. Comfortable sofas or normal tables for seating. Recommended.
