When I go to cafés, I usually do the following things: make an unusual order (unusual cappuccino) and rate the coffee in my head. This time, I ordered a coconut decaf cappuccino, and the order was taken well. The staff were very polite, the milk was not scorched and the froth was fine (which is something, surprisingly, something you get in quite a few cafés) and the atmosphere is warm and cosy (they even have a wood stove). The only nag is it's still quite expensive, but that's Costa in general, not just this branch.

Nice to get quality coffee on the platform and the room still has the feel of original railway waiting room. Usual Costa quality of coffee (good) and friendly service. Not much seating space though if you are drinking in.
